LaNier Land Consulting, LLC is a dedicated group based in southern Oregon. We specialize in land use Consulting and will work with projects in any phase, from early planning to development. Our goal is to be allies for land owners and prospective business owners and advocate for and assist in securing the proper permits for any project. 

We keep various contacts in the field and work with a network of talented subcontractors as needed. Our top priority is helping our clients navigate the legality of land use easily and efficiently. We have also branched out to assist individuals with OLCC mapping and Metrc training for recreational cannabis trades. We will work with you to acquire all the information we need to effortlessly get you through the process. Megan LaNier

With a strong technical research and writing background and over 22 years of experience in Land Use Consulting, Megan is the driving force behind LaNier Land Consulting. She has a bachelor's degree in English Literature with a minor in Communications. She thrives on helping clients navigate the permitting system to guide and assist in making property owner's ideas a reality.   Having been in the Valley for the last 22 years, Megan has developed a great working relationship with the county and other local and state departments.  She also has excellent ties to the community, both personally and professionally, to help provide you with the best connections to get your project complete.
